Estate Clear-Out [read carefully] (princeton heights)

I am clearing a house in an estate. There are usable items I need to clear out.

Examples include:
*2 beds – one single size and one full size; frames, headboards, mattresses & box springs
*TV stand - wood/furniture style
*Living room furniture – tables, curio cabinet-curios included, [no soft chairs or sofas]
*Wall mirrors
*Drop leaf table [nice- is downstairs; see muscles requirement below]
*Gardening implements
*Kitchenware – pots, pans, utensils, etc.
*Wall clock
*Cedar chest
*Some wall pictures
*2 Tube TVs
*Step ladders

These items are used but, in my opinion, could be a welcome addition to a person starting out after a setback or looking for a boost-up. This will be completely friendly, judgment-free, and supportive. No disrespectful conduct will be tolerated.
I don’t want to turn this into a free-for-all or worse. So, it will be first-come-first-served in order assigned.
Pls read the following carefully:
1. Send me an email at wwtimm@gmail.com [i] telling me of your interest, [ii] confirming you will use any items you get only for your personal needs, and [iii] confirming you won’t sell anything you get at this event.
2. By email, I will be assigning numbers to people who have sent me the above info. I will assign the number in the order of the response to this and each person will have a designated time by which they must arrive. Location will be furnished when I respond and assign a number/order..
3. No items can be reserved in advance-please don't ask.

· People will be able to enter in the order assigned to them and spend a reasonable time going through the house and garage and can claim and take anything they want at no charge. Put another way, when your number/time comes up, you would come inside, select what you want from the remaining items, and carry it/them away. If you are not #1, your selection will be limited to items remaining after the items taken by the folks preceding you.

· FOLKS WHO WANT ITEMS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN MUSCLE [CAPABLE HELPERS] TO LIFT/CARRY/HAUL THE ITEMS AND HAVE THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION. NOTE, SOME ITEMS ARE IN THE BASEMENT AND MUST BE CARRIED UP A SET OR STAIRS.

· All items must be taken at the time they are claimed. The items won’t have to be removed in the allotted time so long as the taker is making real progress toward the removal of the items. Items will not be held until you return with your pick up truck or with your friend or whatever.

I will be the arbiter of this event.
No smoking, drinking, etc. And no weapons--concealed or otherwise.
Location is off Morgan Ford Rd close to Loughborough Ave.
