Essential oils and blends (Cotati west of 101)

I have an assortment of oils and oil blends I am no longer using, including a collection of unlabeled surprises. Can anybody use them? I also have two larger bottles of mixing oil, unfortunately also unlabeled but maybe one could figure it out? (My guesses are vitamin E and some neutral vegetable oil, but with all the other scented things it is hard to tell...)
