tv smart phone (small heath b10)

As previously mentioned moved into a new home and due to loosing regular work and help and family member deaths and mental health deteriating cost of living has really taken its toll i have no money for gas metre no food no clothes desperately need a TV and a smart phone it helps with my mental health and also keep in up with NHS appointment ans doctors nd emails and videos i enjoy watching anything would be greatly appreciated thanks
