I can't find a fan to buy locally, but I need a desk fan for work, similar type to the one in the pic. Oscillating would be great but fixed would be welcome, if not. 12" across minimum, please. I'm hoping to get hold of one before the next hot spell....please can you help me? Many thanks, Sally.
