Two 30cm Fluorescent Light Tubes (New Mills SK22)

It's a bit of a long shot but if I thought this was worth a try!
They've been stored for a few years but were put away as working.
They were for a safety light that had battery back up for power cuts.
I also have the plastic cover for one of the lights.
