* Has general wear from normal use, including some fabric bobbling/pilling and cosmetic signs of use (please see photos).
* Ideal for someone looking for a functional sofa or a spare room.

* Located on the **5th floor with lift access**.
* Collection only – **must be picked up as is**. Please bring enough people/transport to move it safely.
* **Immediate collection preferred**. It will be available for the next **2–3 days** only.
