No Hdmi, does have 4 optical audio inputs. Otherwise only phono and S video connections.
Hasn't been been used for a long time but I did test it with headphones today. The only fault I know of is the volume control on the front panel doesn't work, however it can be controlled from the remote control. Display has dimmed with age but still readable.
