Over time I have accumulated these slippers from stays in hotels such as Kempinski.

Hotels stock them in rooms and spas to keep your feet clean and warm.

They come in a few standard styles based on their shape and material:
Open-toe vs. Closed-toe: Open-toe slippers let air through.
Closed-toe slippers cover your whole foot for warmth.
Terry Towelling: These are soft and absorb water well. They are great to slip on after a bath.
Waffle Weave: These are made of a light, grid-like fabric. They look like a waffle and are easy to pack.
