Variable resistance step exerciser - I guess for people who prefer to walk up imaginary hills rather than go outside and find a real one. The electronics bit no longer works so you'll have to time your sessions by other means but mechanically it works perfectly.
Acquired from another freegler a couple of years ago but no longer needed.
