artificial flower/plant (Bayshore)

Looking to replace a dead plant at my chiropractors office with an artificial one. Where it sits needs to be about a 10 inch pot and not a tall plant, maybe about 10 inches tall as well. Any help or suggestions welcome. Can pick up any time.
