Large plastic garden playhouse (N11 3qa nr new Southgate stn)

Large Smyth's garden Wendy house. Cracks on the roof from hot weather but still very useable.
It's big (and unsure how easy to disassemble so safer to avoid this) so ONLY collect if someone has a VAN or lives close enough to us in N11 3qa that you can collect on foot and carry home (need two people to carry). Please only request it if you have access to a van if driving. Thanks
