bed or Queen mattress (Baton Rouge)

I'm a 300 pound man that just recently became disabled and paralyzed on my right side. In need of a bed or queen size mattress. My mattress is sunk on both sides and I can't get up to use the bathroom in time and go on myself. Ut has gotten worse.
