Halogen cooker (unused) (Woolton L25)

This is a JML HALOWARE halogen 1400W counter top oven, Model number: CKY-381M-25.
It combines halogen heat with fan assisted circulation to roast, bake,grill and defrost.
It has never been used (it was an unwanted gift of my brother in law) but has been stuck in a cupboard for possibly 10 years or so.
Its in excellent condition and I presume it will work ok, I did plug it in and 2 lights came on.
Its quite a large piece of kit, the glass bowl is 10.5litres and the whole thing is quite heavy.
There are no instructions with it but these are readily available online (I checked, but didn't manage to include a link!)
