Cabinet for Litter Box or Anything (Buena Park / Uptown)

Cabinet for little box but could be used for anything. It’s made to house a Litter Robot or other large self-cleaning litter boxes and has electrical outlets. I’m getting rid of it because it is bigger than I expected. Outside dimensions are 41” wide, 27” deep, 35” high. Inside dimensions of the box space are 28’ wide, 26” deep, 31” high. On the side, there’s a shelf and entrance for the cat with a slotted removable tray to catch litter. It’s in excellent condition except for one of the doors has come off the bottom hinge, but easily fixed. Purchased in July 2025. Must bring someone to help. I cannot lift. I have to reserve the service elevator and loading dock, so pick up will have to be Monday-Saturday (no Sundays) between 9am and 5pm.
