Canon Printer (St Leonards TN38)

Canon smart printer connects straight to phone with WiFi, new colour cartridge and new black cartridge but the black isn't registering with printer which is odd as was bought as a double pack maybe easy fix just can't be bothered I know it works as printed lots of colour test pages 😁
