I’ve rebuilt some raised beds and took out some planks which have done a couple of years but should be good for a few more.
I have 11 planks 19x150mm, 220-240 cm long, 10 shorter ones and some bits and pieces some of which could make corner posts. They are treated to UC3, if that means anything to you - basically they will rot eventually but it will take a while.
