Bike front basket/cage or hard case (Overbrook)

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a lockable basket, small cage, hard case, or toolbox that could mount to the front or back rack of a bicycle.

It just needs to fit a medium sized sports bag with clothes, a towel, small accessories, and a waterproof electronics case. Fine mesh, lockable, or hardshell would be great.

I’ll include pictures of the kind of thing I mean. Ottawa pickup. Thanks!
