This looks like tayberry and I had tayberry plants a few years ago, this was found by the wall in the darkest corner of our backyard a few months ago and it is actively growing since. The new shoot looks healthy and strong, the old one can be used for propagation (there's 5 new plants), also a few already rooted in small pots in photos. I can't guarantee that it is tayberry because there's no berries so giving away maybe someone can use to cover the walls or else. It may have berries or may not. See photos for reference
