NEW but FAULTY parasol (Stapleford Nottingham NG9)

This Outsunny garden parasol is brand new BUT it's only the top part, without the central extension pole or base AND the fault is that they've put a 3 metre fabric canopy over a 2 metre frame, meaning that it doesn't pull taut when cranked to the fully extended position.
Maybe you'd like to cut off the fabric for some project or other, or maybe the frame is useful to a scrap metal collector.
