Anyone out there keen to try home brewing kombucha?
It is very easy, just takes a litre of tea and sugar and a scoby to ferment for a few days and you get a high probiotic tasty fizzy drink, great fermented with fruit and a bit of ice in this hot weather 🍹
Happy to provide instructions of anyone keen.
My scoby is getting too big and I need to give away one or two starter kits, you will need your own brewing jar (min 1 litre) and 1l fermenting bottles with Pop cap (kilner brand is good on Amazon).
Let me know and I can put aside some for collection.
