2 wood cutting boards (Whittier)

Hoping someone is a woodworker or is handy. The big one I've had for ages and I think it needs to be sanded or planed. My old roommate would wash it and not dry it so it grew some mildew on the bottom and warped but there is no active mold or mildew it's just stained black. The smaller one snapped into 2 pieces 😭 I would love to fix them myself but I don't have the time or equipment
