Fabric scraps - not large pieces (Webster St and Halcyon)

Is there a local place where people can donate fabric scraps - even if the pieces are not large. I know some crafters are pretty creative and work with all sorts of “threads” - hate to throw stuff in the landfill but have some fabric scraps - though not real large pieces
