Hello, long shot, but does anyone have a Tropaeolum speciosum , Chilean or Scottish flame flower, a perennial of red flowers that grows through evergreen shrubs. Apparently seeds are difficult to germinate so if anyone has any seedlings or rhizomes I'd love to dig a little piece up please.
