Fridge Freezer (Southgate N14)

Stainless steel LG fridge Freezer with ice/water dispenser - The fridge works fine and I thought the freezer wasn't during last heat wave so have got a new one. Freezer then started making ice again but new one alreayd here. Cracked shelf with tape. This is heavy and needs 2 people/trolley to move from ground floor hallway.
