De Longhi Espresso machine (Beckenham, BR3)

De Longhi Caffe Treviso espresso machine, has been in store for a long time but was working well before. Now it doesn’t produce any water but does produce steam from the wand. I think it has an air bubble blocking the water flow, there is a video on YouTube that tells you how to fix it but it’s too tricky for a very old lady! Maybe some clever person can do that. Comes with manual.
