Blue Bird feeder (Petworth)

Blue standing bird feeder. It needs some minor repairs that someone handy could easily make. The bird needs to be fixed on top and the feeder needs a bit of reinforcement. You can also just put a small metal tray. Please let me know a pick up time window. We are in Petworth right off of Sherman Circle. Thx!
