Wood chipper to use for some time (Dunning, Chicago)

Does anyone have a wood chipper I could use? I need to chip a small tree that was cut down in my backyard—it's about 3 to 4 inches thick max and anything thicker i can axe in half. I want to turn it into mulch for my garden instead of burning it or throwing it away. Thanks in advance!
