5 Person Tent (Manor Top S12)

Some of the poles are starting to fracture so will need replacement ones or repair.
The tent has 2 bedrooms that can be opened up to one large room. It also has a space in front of the bedrooms for other things such as table, chairs. The tent has not been used since last year, but was waterproof coated last year.
