Top light has on/off switch and the bottom light has a dimmer facility. Both are working but slightly dusty due to being stored in the garage for a while.
The lamp has a heavy concrete base, however unfortunately the plastic coating is cracked, and the concrete is starting to show underneath. Please see photos.
