Wheelchair (Five Elms Farm GL18)

Hello my partner recently ,had a major operation ,that has left him unable to walk without help ,he's currently housebound and it is affecting him in a way that it shouldn't. I am hoping that someone might have a wheelchair and mobility aids that they don't have anymore we are in minsterworth ,and I don't have a car so I would have to come by bus.thanking you.
