Whilst starting to descale my kettle I managed to damage the filter that fits in the spout and cannot find a source to find another one. The kettle still boils really well but takes longer to turn itself off and when pouring straight away it tends to spurt the water out due to there being no filter in place. Could be useful as a spare kettle or for someone who is more careful how they pour than me! Didn’t complete the descaling as decided to buy a new kettle but easy to do using the descaling products found in Robert Dyas and lots of other shops.
