Bamboo stem for water feature (Seaside BN22)

Going to attempt a shishi odishi (deer scarer) Japanese water feature and need a thick bamboo pole big enough to take the pipe for the water, and a cross support, in hope many thanks, can only collect from Eastbourne as don't drive anymore, many thanks, K
