It needs a bit of tlc on the seat but its an easy repair and the leather needs nourishing
For a day or so of tlc you'd have a sofa lasting for many years..

I do know a good man and van if can recommend.. its heavy and will need 2 strong folk to move out etc.. but its a lovely quality sofa so worth it..
