Christmas cactus in need of TLC (Dublin central)

This was left with me a few months ago was neglected, now there's some new growth as seen in the photos but still a long way to go and I don't have much time to play at the moment so looking for a new loving home for her maybe good for propagation as it is mature plant with strong roots and would be a shame to just dump. Collection in Dublin 1
