Air conditioner (Hermosa Beach)

I like a portable air conditioner that I can use this summer it's been really hot already and I can't sleep...I have no other way to get this other than ask for a donation if someone could kindly give me one, I sleep using a sleep apnea an you can imagine how difficult this is now, the machine heats up and I need to breathe better air quality I have allergies so need a good one that can also purify air.must be portable as I can not attach outside my windows.
