Not new - 2020. Well used but good condition. Seat lifts and lowers and back can be adjusted back and forward. Medium height back- no headrest.
Seat is about 58cm high at highest setting and 50cm high at lowest setting- roughly.
The seat back is about 42cm high above the top of the seat.
