Medical Wedge Pillow (Tricities Washington)

I am in search of a gently used or new medical wedge pillow for my friend who is having a major neck surgery on Tuesday 7/21/2026. He is homeless has limited funds and is in need this medical pillow so he can sit up to keep his neck incision from swelling.
