desk riser (Near US24 and 291)

I am looking for a standing desk or desk riser that someone is possibly getting rid of. I’m a disabled vet and am trying to make my office at work a little more ergonomic. Sitting for hours tends to strain my back and neck over time. I appreciate yall in advance!
