Sphygomanometer (St. Mildred's CT1)

For blood pressure measurement, but you need a stethoscope to use this.
It is NOT an automatic self reading BP monitor, it's an old fashioned type one, that needs you to use a stethoscope, albeit it has hardly been used and is in excellent condition.
