portable heater/fan (Sunnyvale, near Mary & Evelyn)

I thought this was broken since it started to be less reliable to turn on. Then I saw that you can re-set it. I re-set it and it worked, but it might not be a lasting fix. It might need some repair or not. I really don't know. Could put in e-waste, but thinking some talented person could make an easy repair??
