Cheese-making starter kit (school holiday fun?) (Berkhamsted HP4)

Unused cheese-making starter kit, it says can make up to ten batches of marinated feta or queso fresco. It does have a BB date of June 2018 but as far as I can tell it would only potentially be rennet that might need updating - and you need to add your own milk.
