Obscure size vintage bike wheels (Northway OX3)

These are 26 1/4" vintage bicycle wheels. If you know what they are then you know, otherwise these will not fit your bike. Yes! That is a SA 4 speed hub with shifter, it works okay but the shifter pin is bent and it needs a rebuild, similarly the shifter won't hold 4th gear. The front hub needs some TLC too. For the enthusiast only! Restoration project, vintage build etc. Ideal for someone who knows what they are doing.
