Body of Lenovo T480s or help fixing (El Camino)

I am looking to move my HD/ memory to a new T480s as all known fixes failed to resolve the issue below - resulting in charging issues:
Issue: ""The connected AC adapter has a lower wattage than the recommended model which was shipped with the system. To boot with the AC adapter, please connect the AC adapter which was shipped with the system."

Either a body to move my key components or someone could help fix it. Tried a different HD, different and new chargers without any luck. Thank you
