CD/DVD reader burner. (Stiffkey NR23)

Hi, I am in desperate need of a working USB CD/DVD burner reader. I had one, but I appear to have lost it.

I have to load a DVD to extract a program, which I urgently need to work on a project. I can travel anywhere at anytime.
