Wheelchair, folding lightweight. (Horsforth LS18)

We are looking for a lightweight, folding wheelchair in good condition. This will be used to get my Auntie out and about. Poor health had stopped her going out and she has lost confidence in her walking over the past couple of years. We have borrowed one a couple of times but it would be lovely if she had her own. Getting out and seeing other people, watching children playing at the park and being able to do a little bit of shopping for herself has done her the world of good. If anyone has a chair we would be so grateful
