Buckingham caddy (Loughton IG10)
This is designed for use on a wheeled walking frame, for carrying items. It fits to the top rail of the walking frame. It has no clips to secure it lower down, but it is easy to tie it in place. It has a lid which can be used as a tray for a plate etc
