Old Halfords bike rack - strap rack style. I adapted it (bodged) for my old car and it won’t fit my new one. It has a small adjustment knob missing, and I use a 10mm spanner instead. And it really needs new bottom straps (Halfords essentials body and chassis strap kit @£10). Folds away relatively flat. But free to a good home!
