A white cotton peticoat and or slip size 18/20 (Willingdon BN22)

I am looking for white a petticoat with shoe string straps if possible and or under slip size around 18/20
To go under a fine white dress
Seems they are like hens teeth almost impossible to find, if you have one or know where I can get one I would be extremley grateful
