Loppers hedge trimmer garden stuff (Sheldon B26)

Hi I'm after stuff to maintain my garden and trim my hedge

I've got an old rake and an old mower and that's it

Need to remove lots of weeds from slabs and tackle an overgrown blackberry bush plus hedge
