Electric tricycle with cargo basket (North Boulder)

Viribus electric tricycle, white, with cargo basket. Removable rechargeable battery pack. I have all the instructions. Fully assembled, so you need a truck to pick it up. Front handlebars need to be tightened up and I couldn’t figure out how to do it, but it is rideable as is. Has been in a garage for a year but is essentially unused.
